About Writer Roll Call

Hi. I'm Robert Leonard. I taught English for years, and I've written books of my own. I built Writer Roll Call because the habit is the hard part of writing, and I wanted a warm place to keep mine.

The idea is simple. You log your manuscript's word count in about ten seconds. Those logs become honest insights: your pace, your streaks, the finish line ahead. Revision days that shrink the count still count. Showing up is the whole game.

Writer Roll Call is free and community-supported. No ads, no locked features. It runs because I want it to exist.
